毕业论文(设计) DMAIC在佰特瑞点焊工艺的导入过程设计与实现 DMAIC在佰特瑞的点焊工艺的导入过程设计与实现 摘要 本设计根据六西格玛管理的流程,结合统计学原理,运用MINTAB统计分析工具,对天津佰特瑞电子有限公司的点焊工艺进行了质量改进。在点焊车间膜片与孔板点焊工序进行六西格玛改进模式(DMAIC)的导入,应用物理学知识分析产生糊穿点及点深缺陷的原因,运用故障模式和影响分析(FMEA),筛选造成糊穿点的关键因子,并用正交试验确定因子最佳水平组合,进而得到改善方案,并将其广泛实施,最终点焊产品合格率由94.12%提高为98.57%,工序过程能力的提高(西格玛水平由1.5652提高为2.19,DPMO由58772降低为14262),因返工及报废造成的质量损失由80万/年降低为20万/年,改善效果显著。 关键字 六西格玛 DMAIC 正交试验 FMEA The Design and Implementation of DMAIC’s import in the welding process of Bai Terry Co.Ltd Abstract According to Six Sigma management process, the design takes measures to improve the spot welding process of Tianjin Bai Terry Electronics Co.Ltd, with principles of statistics in the integrated use of MINTAB as statistical analysis tools. The Six Sigma process improvement model-DMAIC is implemented in the diaphragm and the plate welding process of welding shop. The causes of the gelatinization and penetrated defect and the deep spot defect are explored with physics knowledge.Finally, the improvement scheme is determined, with the application of failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to select the critial causes of the gelatinization and penetrated defect and the implementation of orthogonal experiment to determine the best combination of factors with their best level. What’s more ,the improvement scheme is implementated widespreadly in the company. The improve results is significant , with the spot welding rate of qualified products rising from 94.12% to 98.57%,the increase of welding process pability (Sigma level rises from 1.5652 to 2.19, DPMO reduced from 58 772 to 14 262), and the quality loss due to rework and scrap reduced from the 800,000 per year to 200,000 per year.
