PAGE PAGE 3 摘要 由于电梯的生产周期比较长，从投入到产出原材料与成品投入的资金流周期都是几个月，甚至长达一年。同时，电梯出厂时还不是最终的产品，而是电梯各大部件和各种安装材料，这些半成品都是针对独立的客户与独立的楼房，如果楼房工程的进度出现延迟，那么这些半成品将在工厂里待上好长时间，这样也就积压了大量的库存。如果这个时候客户还未支付电梯的提货款，那么这无形又增加了很多财务成本。面对这些问题，如何在改善库存管理，使电梯的通用部分能够相互调动利用，改善仓储调度能力，使仓库里的电梯“活”起来，加快成品部件的周转速度，这将能够给电梯企业降低大量的库存成本与财务成本，同时能够缩短交货期，从而加大市场的运作能力。因此，本文研究一种新的适应电梯制造企业操作的库存机制,对蒂森电梯的库存管理提出改善意见，降低企业整体的生产成本，提高产品流通速度，加快资金周转率，提高客户服务水平。所采取的库存管理机制与联合库存管理在电梯行业内的应用，这将会为同行业类似的生产制造企业库存成本控制提供参考，具有实践指导意义。 关键词：电梯 生产周期 库存管理 Abstract Due to the production cycle is long, the elevator from input to output of raw materials and finished products into the cash flow cycle is a few months, or even one year. Face these problems, how to improve the inventory management, make the common parts of the elevator can mobilize each other use, improve storage scheduling ability, make the elevator in the activity, accelerate the velocity of the finished parts, it will be able to give the elevator enterprises reduce a large number of inventory cost and financial cost, can shorten the delivery time at the same time, increasing market operation ability. Therefore, this paper studies a new elevator manufacturing enterprises operating mechanism of inventory of elevators to improve the companys inventory management and reduce the overall cost of production, improve product circulation speed, speed up the turnover of funds, improve the level of customer service. Taken by the inventory management mechanism and the joint inventory managemen
