辽宁抚顺年销量80万吨商业油库设计 摘要：本设计题目主要针对辽宁抚顺油库的工艺设计。油库中主要包括两种油品，分别为汽油，柴油。汽油罐组为2个5000方和6个10000方的内浮顶。柴油罐组是2个5000方和6个10000方的拱顶油罐。按照设计任务书的规定，计算说明部分包括油库的基本工艺流程所作的设计计算及各功能分区的相对布置与安排，总目标是使其工艺流程满足要求，同时操作方便，安全防火。 设计由文字说明、数据计算和图纸绘制三大部分组成。 文字说明和数据计算包括油罐区总容量及分区罐容量计算确定；油罐单罐容量及数目确定；罐区总平面布置；工艺流程设计；罐区管线布置设计；泵房安装设计计算；泵型选择计算；泵安装高度计算；油品输送阻力计算及管径选择；罐区消防设计，消防管线阀门布置及计算。 绘图部分依据计算说明、规范和经济因素，在满足生产要求的条件下，进行了较为经济合理的布局，并为油库将来的扩建和发展留有余地。 关键词: 油库；工程设计；工艺流程；泵房；消防系统 Liaoning Fushun annual sales of 800,000 tons commercial depot design Abstract:This design topic mainly aims at the technological design of Liaoning fushun fuel depot .The fuel depot mainly includes two kinds of oil qualities, respectively the gasoline, the diesel oil. There are two covered floating roof tanks with five thousand and six ten thousand m3 in the cans of petrol.The two groups of diesel and fuel oil tanks are two dome roof tanks with six thousand and three dome roof tanks with ten thousand . According to provisions of design task , that part of the calculation includes the calculation process of basic design in oil depots and the relative arrangement of functions and arrangements. The general goal is to meet the process requirements, as well as easy to operate, safety and fire protection. The design consists of literal statement, calculations and drawings drawn. The literal statement and calculations are consist of the capacity of total tank farm and partition tank farm, general layout of tank farm, the process design , the pipeline layout design of the tank farm, the design, selection and mounting height calculation of pump, oil transport resistance and caliber choice, fire design of tank farm, the layout of firefighting pipeline valves. The drawings of this design are based on the literal statement, standards and economic factors. On condition that the design could meet production requirements, I make a more economical and reasonable layout, and leave room for the expansion and development of oil depot in the futu
