1 - 互联网金融时代商业银行的发展模式研究 ——以建设银行为例 摘要：随着金融创新浪潮的不断推进，传统的金融模式早已不能满足人们的需要。在此背景下，以各种计算机技术（云计算、搜索引擎、社交网络等）为载体，互联网金融孕育而生。互联网金融的迅猛发展一方面冲击了传统商业银行在金融领域的地位，但是另一方面也给商业银行未来的发展带来了机遇。 商业银行不应只将目光放在当前的营业效绩上，而是应该着眼未来，借鉴互联网企业的运营模式进行改革创新。本文以建设银行为例，针对建行近几年的财务数据变化，采取数据分析法，了解建设银行目前的规模。同时，利用SWOT分析法,阐述建设银行自身的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战，以此为基础，分析互联网企业对建行的影响。最后结合实际，从建设银行内部思想观念的转变、互联网技术的开发到对外优化服务质量、提高客户忠诚度等，由内而外，综合考虑，最终做出适合建设银行未来发展的策略选择。 关键词：互联网金融 发展模式 创新 The Research on The Development Mode of the Commercial Bank In The Internet Financial Times Use The Construction Bank as an example Abstract: With the tide of the development of financial innovation, the traditional financial model has been unable to meet the needs of people.
