This article aims to discuss electronic records management in our country. First ，put forward the necessity and urgency of researching our country's electronic records management ，the reason why choose this thesis. Then，the paper analysis of the current situation in our country's electronic records management found several problems such as low level of standardization management ，electronic records legislation was not perfect ，relying on foreign platforms threat the information security of our electronic archive and the shortage of related inter-disciplinary talents. Finally, some suggestions on the development of electronic archives management are put forward based on the experiences of foreign electronic archives management planning and construction.
