SCOPE 1.1 Scope. This document covers an electric food cutter for bench or table mounting furnished with or without table. 1.2 Classification. The food cutters shall be of the following types, and sizes, as specified (see 6.2). Type I - Bench or table mounted Size 1 - Bowl capacity of 5 pounds of fresh meat Size 2 - Bowl capacity of 14 to 15 pounds of fresh meat 2. APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS 2.1 Government documents.
