长江经济带绿色技术创新绩效研究.docxVIP

摘要 推动长江经济带发展要坚持“共抓大保护、不搞大开发”的原则，构建市场导向的绿色技术创新体系。通过建立绿色技术创新绩效评价指标体系，选取25个原始指标，运用因子分析法，使用SPSS20．0软件分析长江经济带11个省市的绿色技术创新绩效及其在全国的排名情况。结果表明:创新实力、创新环境、创新生态是影响绿色技术创新绩效的三大因素。江苏、浙江、上海、四川、湖北5个省市的绿色技术创新绩效得分排在长江经济带的前5位。基于实证分析，为进一步实现长江经济带高质量发展，需要完善联动协调机制、提升多层次区域创新能力、推进绿色发展。 党的十九大报告指出，以“共抓大保护、不搞大开发”为导向推动长江经济带发展，构建市场导向的绿色技术创新体系。长江经济带横跨东中西三大区域，覆盖上海、江苏、浙江、安徽、江西、湖北、湖南、重庆、四川、云南、贵州，共计11个省市，面积约205万平方公里，生产总值和人口均超过全国的五分之二，生态地位重要、发展潜力巨大。走绿色技术创新发展之路是长江经济带的必然选择。 关键词:长江经济带;绿色技术创新;创新绩效;因子分析法 Abstract: To promote the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, we must adhere to the principle of grasping the big protection and not making big development and construct a market-oriented green technology innovation system. Through the establishment of green technology innovation performance evaluation index system, 25 original indicators were selected, and factor analysis method was used to analyze the green technology innovation performance of the 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt and its ranking in the country using SPSS20.0 software. The results show that innovation strength, innovation environment and innovation ecology are the three major factors affecting the performance of green technology innovation. The scores of green technology innovation performance in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Sichuan and Hubei provinces ranked the top 5 in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. Based on empirical analysis, in order to further realize the high-quality development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, it is necessary to improve the linkage coordination mechanism, enhance multi-level regional innovation capability, and promote green development.
