全球契约10大原则 要求各企业在各自的影响范围内遵守、支持以及实施一套在人权、劳工标准、环境及反贪污方面的十项基本原则。这些基本原则来自于《世界人权宣言》、国际劳工组织的《关于工作中的基本原则和权利宣言》以及关于环境和发展的《里约原则》，涉及四个方面，分别是： 1、人权方面HumanRights： （1）企业应该尊重和维护国际公认的各项人权； （2）绝不参与任何漠视与践踏人权的行为； Principle1:Businessesshouldsupportandrespecttheprotectionofinternationallyproclaimedhumanrights;and Principle2:makesurethattheyarenotcomplicitinhumanrightsabuses. 2、劳工标准方面： （3）企业应该维护结社自由，承认劳资集体谈判的权利； （4）彻底消除各种形式的强制性劳动； （5）消除童工； （6）杜绝任何在用工与行业方面的歧视行为； Principle3:Businessesshouldupholdthefreedomofassociationandtheeffectiverecognitionoftherighttocollectivebargaining; Principle4:theeliminationofallformsofforcedandcompulsorylabor; Principle5:theeffectiveabolitionofchildlabor;and Principle6:theeliminationofdiscriminationinrespectofemploymentandoccupation. 3、环境方面Environment： （7）企业应对环境挑战未雨绸缪； （8）主动增加对环保所承担的责任； （9）鼓励无害环境技术的发展与推广。 Principle7:Businessesshouldsupportaprecautionaryapproachtoenvironmentalchallenges; Principle8:undertakeinitiativestopromotegreaterenvironmentalresponsibility;and Principle9:encouragethedevelopmentanddiffusionofenvironmentallyfriendlytechnologies? 4、反贪污Anti-Corruption： （10）企业应反对各种形式的贪污，包括敲诈、勒索和行贿受贿。 Principle10:Businessesshouldworkagainstallformsofcorruption,includingextortionandbribery.?
