- 中文摘要 美国第四大投行雷曼兄弟的破产，标志着美国次贷危机最终演变成全面金融危机。从美国金融危机开始，到美国的房利美和房地美“两房”危机，再到雷曼兄弟申请破产、美林银行被收购、全球股市持续下跌，美国陷入了“百年一遇”的金融危机之中。此次金融危机迅速从局部发展到全球，从发达国家传导到发展中国家，从金融领域扩散到实体经济领域，已经引发了整个世界经济体的动荡。中国作为经济全球化的一员也因此受到了重大影响，特别是中国的实体经济领域。 本文对此次金融危机的成因和传导机制进行解读，并在此基础上分析美国金融危机对中国外贸进出口业、房地产市场、汽车行业等实体经济部门的影响和原因。此外，本文还针对美国金融危机给中国实体经济带来影响，指出中国应该采取的化解危机影响的应对措施。 关键词：美国金融危机；实体经济；对外贸易；房地产；汽车产业 ABSTRACT The bankruptcy of the fourth-largest U.S. investment bank Lehman Brothers, marking the U.S. sub-loan crisis eventually evolve into a comprehensive financial crisis. The beginning of the financial crisis from the United States to the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, two rooms crisis, and then Lehman Brothers filed for bankruptcy, Merrill Lynch was acquired, global stock markets continued to fall, the United States is falling into a once-in financial crisis. The financial crisis, the rapid development from local to global, conduction from the developed to developing countries, from the financial sector spread to the area of the real economy. The United States financial crisis has already caused the global economic turmoil. As a member of the global economics , China cannot be avoid from the impact of the financial crisis, especially Chinas real economics . This paper is supposed to reveal the outbreak and transmission mechanism of this financial crisis. On that basis, we elaborates on the impact of the United States financial crisis on Chinas real economics , such as Chinas foreign import and export trade, the real estate market, the automobile industry. Finally, there is a discuss on the inspirations we can learn from the United States financial crisis.
