Control Standard of Environment-related Substances Effective date： Produced by： 1、Purpose Clarify TK’s management regulations for Environment-Related Substance of the raw materials, accessories, semi-finished and finished products, so that we can observe the rules and laws for environment-related substance and TK customer’s demands 2、Scope To be applicable for TK members’ and its related supplier environment-related substance control. 3、Definition ⑴ Environment-Related Substance To be significant environment-impact on both human and the globe. ⑵ Exemption To be stated by RoHs and other environment-related substance rules and regulations which will not replaceable methods with others. ⑶ Inclusion Whatever the situation is intentionally or not, Substances are added, mixed, or adhered to products in processing. ⑷ Impurity Which is contained in natural material and can not be eliminated by technical. ⑸ Homogeneous Substance Which is distributed in symmetrical to the material and can not be separated by mechanical methods, such as cutting, grinding, crushing, unscrewing…ect. ⑹ ND(Nd: No Detected) No detected by specified inspection methods and existing inspection apparatus ⑺ Intentionally Added To be not contained in the material, which is added intentionally for some purpose. 4、Control Standard For Environment-Related Substance 4.1 Allowable Concentration This allowable concentration is a control standard for TK’s environment-related substance to all related raw materials, accessories, semi-finished, finished products and packing materials, Which are provided by Suppliers and in processing in TK to be accordance with TK environment-related substance allowable standards as follow form 4.1 Form 4.1 Tk Allowable Concentration NO Substance Targets TK Allowable Concentration EU RoHS Allowable Concentration 1 Cadmium (cd) and cadmium compounds All raw materials, accessories, semi-finished and finished products Un-intentionally added，less than 75PPM Less than 100PPM
