1 总 则
1.0.1 为规范我省建筑施工上拉式外脚手架工程的设计，施工与验收，做到安全适用、技术
先进、经济合理，确保质量，制定本规程。
1.0.2 本规程适用建筑工程施工中的高度不大于 100 米的建筑物或构筑物上拉式外脚手架
的设计、施工、验收和使用。每一段上拉式外脚手架架体高度不宜大于20m
