关键对话有三大特征:
1、对话双方的观点有很大差距。比如双方意见不合的争执,与不同意见的同事
沟通,说服你的老板和父母。
2、对话存在很高的风险。比如难得的面试机会,求婚,谈判,要求加薪
3、对方双方情绪激烈。比如面对叛逆的子女,下属情绪失控,客户生气投诉。
