塑料保暖杯盖注塑模具的设计.doc

摘 要 注射成型是热塑性塑料成型的主要方法之一，可以一次成型形状复杂的精密塑件。本设计进行了一种保暖杯盖的注塑模具设计，分析塑件的成型工艺，设计了一模一腔、双分型面、点浇口、斜导柱滑块向内抽芯的注塑模结构。利用Moldflow软件对塑件成型工艺性进行模拟分析，确定浇注系统类型和浇口位置，对塑件质量进行控制。使用Pro/E软件对制件进行三维实体造型，并利用其外挂模架专家系统EMX4.1选择标准模架、标准件，最终完成全套注塑模具的三维装配实体。在进行设计时，工艺性的合理性、零部件的选材、模具结构的设计对制件能否合格生产有很大影响。本设计从保证产量和质量要求出发，通过分析塑件的形状及其成形工艺的特点，拟定了模具成形的最佳方案，成功地实现了零件的成型设计。 关键词：注塑模具；点浇口；斜导拄；Moldflow；Pro/E Abtsract Injection molding is one of the main molding methods for thermo plastics, and it can once-formed delicate plastic members with complexed shape. This paper discusse the design of injection mould of the lip of the vacuum mug.In this paper,the forming process of plastic part is analyzed. The injection mold mechanism of one mold with one cavity, two parting surfaces, point gate and pulling mechanism with slider and leaning guide post guiding the core inward, are designed. Through analyzing the molding process of the plastic part.By using Moldflow to make a simulation of the molding process, it can determine the type of the runner system and the location of the gate, and control the quality of the plastic parts.Using Pro/E to make three-dimensional model of the part, simultaneously using external mould base expert system EMX4.1 to select the standardized mould frame and parts.Finally, complete a set of assembly three-dimensional injection mould entities. In this paper,something can have a significant effect on the quality of the parts, such as the rationality of the process, the material selection and the mould structure design and so on. This design firstly can guarantee the production and quality. After analysing the shape of the plastic parts and the characteristic of its molding process, the optimal scheme of mould is formulated, and it successfully realized parts of the mold design.
