The total value of this con tract is FOB Sha nghai Port USD:
合同签订买方应在银行 5个工作日内TT给卖方合同总金额的 30%做为预付款，
即：_US$ 剩余合同金额的 70%,即US$ 须在发货前由买方 TT给卖方。
20% of the total con tract value,that is: US$, should be paid in adva nee as deposit by T/T
withi n five banking days after the con tract is sig ned.
The bala nee 80% of the total con tract value,that US$ , should be paid by T/T before
equipme nt being delivered out.
合同自买方预付款到卖方账户之日起生效 ，自签订安装调试证书”之日截止。卖方自签订 安
装调试证书之日起履行保证条款。
The con tract will come into effect the day whe n the seller receives the deposit of the con tract.
The con tract shall come to an end the day whe n the two sides sig n the In stallati on and Trial Docume nt. The Seller shall guara ntee the terms of In stallati on and Trial Docume nt from the day it is sig ned.
2.4价格在合同有效期内不变。
