F Scott Fitzgerald was born on
September 24, 1896 in
St Paul. Minnesota. his father was
unsuccessful and aristocratic, mother
was energetic and provincial; in
1911, he was sent to a Newjersey
Boarding School for he did poorly in
study Although he was an average
sudent he tried to enroll at pricenetorn
in 1913. He became an outstanding
literary tigure in university,
And also a leading figure in the
socially import Triangle Club, a
dramatic society and made lifelong
friendships with Edmund Wilson and
John Peale bishop However. he had
troubles in study at college and never
managed to graduate, so he joined in
the army in November 1917
