InthispaperthroughtheanalysisofEurasiaGroupinrecentyearsoffinancialstatements,positionoftheEurasiaGroup,apositioninthecurrentmarketenvironment,findoutproblemsexistinginthefinancialgroup,findtheproblemsexistinginthemanagementofenterpriseandshortings,andputsforwardthecountermeasurestosolvetheproblem.Soastoassociatedwiththegroupofcreditors,investorsandmanagerstomakerightdecisionsandprovideareference,strengtheninternalmanagement,reducecosts,increaseprofits,sothatresourcescanbeusedreasonablyandimprovetheprehensivestrengthofanenterprise.
