Confirmation of REACH Regulation REACH 法规的确认 The REACH ( R egistration, Evaluation and A uthorization of CH emicals) regulation of the European Community (EC) states that chemicals and Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) will endanger human health, and its use will be controlled. It requires that SVHC must be registered in EC, and to obtain authorization before use. Without authorization, substance and product containing SVHC are not allowed to be imported or manufactured in EC.
