The decision from third plenary session of the sixteenth Central Committee of The CPC brought out a clear requirement that we need to perfect this structure. It’s the right way we need to go to enhance the innovation of government controlled companies. The ‘separation of three powerbalance’ structure of corporation administration is legally enacted by China’s latest corporation law. This structure once played a positive role on making a good standard at company’s organization and operating function. However, as the market-oriented economy developing higher, and the innovation of economy system going deeper, we find more and more disadvantages of this structure. According to it, this article tries to propose some useful suggestion based on the recognition of intrinsic attribute, formation background, exist problems (include the its existing reason) of current corporation administrate structure.
