The suspension of automatic research is a difficult point in the theory of suspension of crimes. It involves not only the basic theory of punishment and punishment, but also the related issues of criminal policy and criminal law. It is directly related to the basic theory of criminal law. Therefore, the significance of the study on the autonomy of suspending offenses is very significant. This article is divided into three chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces the related concepts of suspending offenses, and elaborates on the related theories of Germany and Japan. The second chapter mainly sorts out the legal nature of suspending offenders, respectively, from the timeliness of suspending offenders. The autonomy of suspending the offender and the validity of the suspend offender are carried out. The third chapter mainly clarifies the practical determination of suspending the autocrime, and combines the autonomy of rape suspension, robbery suspension and criminal suspension, respectively, and finally draws conclusions.
