This study is based on a real lawsuit case, in which a focal point of dispute between the three parties - the prosecutor, the defendant and the ruling party - was formed over whether or not the defendants,Mr.Song andhis accompliceshad committed a crime, or what kind of crime they had committed. The case has gone through two rulings by a low-level and a higher-level court, resulting in certain impacts in the judicial and social circles. It is, therefore, rather sophisticated and typical.
