经典专科、本科、硕博、研究生、期刊毕业论文 仅供参考 精心整理 仅供参考 勿用作商业用途 海南省基本医疗服务现状及满意度提升研究 摘要 改革开放以来，随着国家政治经济体制改革的深入，医疗卫生事业由原来的国家办医转为对医院的监管，相应的医疗卫生体制改革不断推进，医疗服务质量、效率及水平将是医院获取竞争优势的关键所在。党的十六届六中全会关于构建和谐社会的决定和党的十八大报告中均指出并强调构建全面覆盖、多层次的医疗服务保障体系的重要性。海南省在国际旅游岛建设进程中，抢抓国家战略机遇、促进公共医疗服务和旅游服务的深度融合，但仍未达到发预期目标和国际旅游岛建设对基本医疗服务现状及满意度的要求。本文通过选取海南省发展程度不同的地区进行问卷调查法为主、辅以实地访谈法的实证研究，并综合文献分析、问卷调查、统计软件分析等方法进一步分析得出本指标体系海南省基本医疗服务民众满意度概况，借鉴国内外成功模式的经验，旨在提出一系列有利于海南省基本医疗服务现状及满意度提升的建设性意见。 关键词：海南省；基本医疗服务；满意度 Abstract Since the reform and opening up, with the deepening of the reform of the country’s political and economic system, the medical and health undertakings have shifted from the country’s state-run turn into the supervision of hospitals, and the corresponding medical and health care system reforms have continued to advance. The medical service quality, efficiency and level will be the key to the hospital as obtain competitive advantage. The decision of the Sixth Plenum of the 16th CPC Central Committee on building a harmonious society and the report of the 18th National Party Congress pointed out and emphasized the importance of building a comprehensive coverage and multi-level medical service security system. In the process of the construction of international tourist islands, Hainan Province seized the opportunity of national strategic opportunities and promoted the integration of public medical services and tourism services. However, Hainan Province has not yet reached the expectations and the requirements for the construction of international tourism islands on the status and satisfaction of basic medical services. This paper selects six regions with different degrees of development in Hainan Province to carry out the questionnaire survey method, supplemented by an empirical study of field interviews, and comprehensive analysis of literature, questionnaires, statistical software analysis and other methods to further analyze the index system in Hainan Province.
