基于6Sigma的施工项目质量控制 Quality control of construction project based on 6Sigma 摘 要：在目前的施工中，由于人、材、机、法、环等多方面的原因造成许多质量问题。然而，这些问题通过传统的质量控制方法无法给以解决。6Sigma管理法是当今质量管理流行并可行的方法。将6Sigma法引入到施工质量控制中，可以有效的对施工质量进行控制。本文最后构建出了施工项目DMAIC模式。 Abstract:In the present construction, quality problems are caused by people, materials, machines, methods, environment, and many other factors. However, these questions can’t be solved through traditional methods. 6Sigma is popular in todays quality management and a workable solution. 6Sigma will be introduced into the quality control of construction, and solve these questions.
