经典专科、本科、硕博、研究生、期刊毕业论文 仅供参考 精心整理 仅供参考 勿用作商业用途 经典专科、本科、硕博、研究生、期刊毕业论文 仅供参考 精心整理 仅供参考 勿用作商业用途 摘 要 改革开放以来,我国的经济水平快速发展,政治、经济、文化等各个领域都得到了长足而充分的发展。进入到21世纪以来,伴随着经济水平的不断提高,我国人民的消费水平也越来越高,人们开始由生存型消费向发展型消费然后再向享受型消费转变。随着我国人民消费水平的不断提高,人们对物流配送服务的要求越来越高,尤其在生鲜消费品领域,由于生鲜消费品的特殊性,从而对生鲜冷链物流配送服务提出了更高更严格的要求,冷链物流运输配送服务亟待改进。本文以郑明冷链物流公司为例,利用PEST分析、SWOT分析等内外部环境分析方法分析了郑明冷链物流公司所处的发展改革环境,通过对冷链物流运输服务的产品的特性以及配送服务的特殊性进行分析,发现了由于我国配送服务小批量、多批次、距离远等特点导致配送运输的规模经济性很差,运输配送资源浪费严重等问题。对此,本文以郑明冷链物流公司在武汉的业务发展为例,拟采用共同型配送的方案,并且对其配送中心的选址问题进行了优化建议,希望以达到节约运输资源,降低配送成本,提高服务质量的目的。 关键词：配送方案优化； 配送中心选址； 共同配送； ABC分析； PEST分析；  ABSTRACT With the growing Chinas cold-chain transport industry, the market demand for cold chain logistics transportation is more and more big, more and more is also high to the requirement of cold chain logistics. Zheng Ming is a leading domestic third-party supply chain solutions provider, to stabilize and improve their level of business service, must break through their existing advantage, optimize the operation of the current process. Distribution link of whole optimization is important for a logistics enterprise, optimize the distribution system will help logistics enterprise to improve the working efficiency, reduce logistics costs, in an impregnable position in the increasingly fierce market competition. Taking Zheng Ming cold-chain logistics, for example, Uses PEST and SWOT analysis method to analyze the Zheng Ming cold-chain logistics and logistics environment at home and abroad, and considering the delivery goods of small batch, batch number, long-distance transport economy scale is very poor, will cause the waste of logistics resources, so this paper design the scheme of joint distribution of a large scale operation, and by using the dimensional analysis in wuhan area as an example the cold chain logistics distribution center location optimization, to achieve resource conservation, reduce costs, improve service quality.
