承接国际产业转移对湖北省产业结构影响的实证研究【最济学论文】.pdf

华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 摘 要 国际产业转移作为世界经济全球化和区域经济一体化的重要内容，对促进各国 和地区的经济协作起着非常重要的作用；同时，产业转移也是转出地和承接地产业 结构调整和优化升级的重要途径。当前国际产业向中国转移和我国东部沿海外资企 业内地转移的趋势非常明显，国际产业转移的趋势为湖北省经济的发展提供了绝佳 的机遇。 目前学术界还没有衡量国际产业转移的明确指标，大部份学者在对国际产业转 移这一问题进行研究时，选用外商直接投资进作替代指标。本文在对湖北省承接国 际产业转移现状进行分析和进行实证研究时，也采用了这种常用的作法。在产业结 构升级的衡量指标方面，本文在搜取多种测算方法的基础上，选取了相对比较法中 的距离判别法：以上海市产业结构系统为参照系，用湖北省产业结构与上海市产业 结构的距离为指标测算湖北省产业结构的高度。并对承接国际产业转移对湖北省产 业结构升级的影响进行实证分析。结果表明，从长期效应来看，承接国际产业转移 对湖北省产业结构升级具有正向促进作用。在文章最后，结合湖北省承接国际产业 转移和产业结构演进的特点，对湖北省如何更好的利用国际产业转移促进产业结构 调整和优化升级提出了几点建议：改善经济发展的软、硬环境、注重技术的消化吸 收、引导外资流向。 关键词：国际产业转移 产业结构 优化升级 I 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 Abstract International industrial transfer as an important part of the word economic globalization and regional economic integration, plays a very important role in promoting economic co-operation between countries and regions. It is also an important path of industrial structure adjustment and upgrade for the exit and undertake. At present, there is an obvious trend that international industrial is transferring to China and China’s eastern coastal areas’ industry is moving to mainland. The trend of international industrial transfer provides a great opportunity for the economic development of Hubei Province. Currently, there aren’t clear indicators to measure international industrial transfer. In this paper, when analyzing the current situation of international industrial transfer and doing the empirical study, we adopt the common practice of most scholars which is using foreign direct investment to represent international industrial transfer. After comparing several measurement methods of industrial structure, we chose the distance discrimination method
