大连理工大学毕业设计（论文）格式规范 大连市某综合楼空调系统设计 - PAGE II - - PAGE I - 摘 要 本设计为大连市某综合办公楼的空调系统设计，该建筑地下一层，地上十二层。建筑高度59.9m，建筑面积12300.4㎡，其中空调面积为7515.3㎡。本设计内容包括建筑冷、热负荷及湿负荷的计算，空调系统方案选择，设备选型，风管、水管的水力计算，气流组织计算、防排烟及通风设计等。 冷负荷计算采用冷负荷系数法，根据建筑的特点和使用功能，其空调方案为：除了一个大空间的房间为全空气系统，其余房间均采用风机盘管加新风的方式，其中新风经新风机组处理后与风机盘管的送风并联送出。本建筑的冷热源分选择冷水机组和板式换热机组，同时进行了该建筑内风管和水管的水力计算，并相应的进行了水泵、管道、风机等设备的选型工作。对于建筑的防排烟和地下室通风，严格的遵循高规规定，进行了详细的设计，最后对空调系统进行了管路保温、消声、防震等处理。 本设计的特色是进行了详尽的地下室、大厅、楼梯间等通风、防排烟系统设计。 关键词：负荷计算；空调系统；方案选择；水力计算 大连市某综合办公楼空调系统设计 - PAGE 50 - The Air Conditioning Design of a General Office Building in Dalian Abstract This is an air-conditioning design of a synthesis building in Dalian.This building consists a basement underground, and12 floors on the groud. The height of this building is 59.9 m, the and construction area of this is 12300.4㎡,and 7515.3㎡of it need air conditioning system. In this paper, it includs:the cold-load calculation, hot-load calculation, the scheme choice, the air-pipe and the water-pipe hydraulic computation, the design of smoke guarding and emitted, the equipment selections and so on. According to the characterasic of this building, the air conditioning scheme is that all the rooms apart from the a big rooms use fan coil and fresh air system, and the big room use full air system. The cooling and heating souce uses the refrigeration unit and heat exchanger uni. At the same time , this paper includes the air-pipe and the water-pipe hydraulic computation, and then chooses equipment. As to the the design of smoke guarding and emitted, it must follow the standad of our country. At last, the heat presavation and the noise elimination of pipes are made.
