摘 要 男衬衫是运用极为广泛的一种服装品类，更是男服中重要的组成部分。随着消费者 消费水平与需求结构的不断变化，对服装生产与企业经营提出了更高的标准与要求。男 士们对男衬衫的需求不仅仅驻留在满足人体穿着的舒适性，还会考虑其穿着造型效果的 呈现，而服装放松量是改变服装造型的关键因素。目前国内已有的研究成果主要是从衬 衫舒适性和衬衫平衡性出发，从男衬衫造型角度对放松量进行的研究还相对匮乏。通过 收集男衬衫实物发现，男衬衫造型多以不同程度的H 造型为主。H 型也叫箱型，其造 型特点是平肩、不收紧腰部，肩部、腰部至下摆宽基本一致，衣身呈直筒状，形似大写 英文字母H 而得名。论文在此背景下，以H 造型的日常基本款男衬衫作为研究对象， H 围绕 型男衬衫的造型特点和结构设计中放松量的关系展开研究。 首先收集了60件市场上170/88A 号型的男衬衫实物作为实验样衣，量取其胸围、 腰围、下摆围、衣长、袖围、领围、领宽、领高、肩宽、腰长、胸高、过肩等部位的尺 寸并统计数据，采用服装CAD 制版技术对收集到的版型数据进行校版，剔除不符合研 2 58 H 究要求的样衣 件，最终得到 组样衣数据，建立 型男衬衫版型数据库并分析其制 版规律。根据采集到的实验数据并进行描述性分析、相关性分析、线性回归分析与拟合 H 优度分析。首先以胸腰差、摆腰差为依据对样衣版型进行分类，再分析出不同 造型 男衬衫放松量的设计规律，最后建立不同H 型男衬衫放松量设计方法。这种基于科学 的，更合理的H 型男衬衫制版方法，对男衬衫版型设计具有一定参考意义，给服装专 业相关学者，提供了一种新的研究思路与研究方法。 H 关键词：放松量； 造型；服装结构；男衬衫； 研究类型：应用研究 Abstract Mens shirts is an important part of menswear.
