PAGE 11 PAGE PAGE 13 新疆哈萨克族传统婚礼仪式文化研究——以昌吉地区为例 摘 要 二十个世纪充满机遇与竞争，新的技术革命，知识经济，文化的融合，都给中国经济的发展带来了巨大的影响。新疆民族文化传统作为传统文化的一种，传统的文化形态不仅是中华民族的文化资源，更是新疆历史的发展史。如何保护新疆非物质文化遗产不仅是民族与世界对话的必然要求，也是新疆民族文化基因乃至中华民族文化基因的要求。但随着非物质文化遗产保护的兴起，许多理论问题也逐渐显现出来。这也是我国非物质文化遗产保护亟待解决的问题。 基于此背景，本文首先全面介绍了哈萨克族非物质文化遗产的概念、特点、然后深入探析了新疆非物质文化遗产与知识产权的相关性，接着以昌吉地区婚礼为例炸开分析，同时对昌吉地区婚礼文化的细节及保护非物质文化遗产的现状进行了解，最后提出了昌吉地区婚礼的传承与保护的对策从而促进新疆非物质文化遗产的保护。 关键词：新疆哈萨克族，非物质文化遗产，昌吉地区婚礼 Abstract The twenty centuries are full of opportunities and competition, the new technological revolution, the knowledge economy and the integration of culture have all brought great influence to the development of Chinas economy. As one of the traditional culture, the traditional cultural form of Xinjiang is not only the cultural resources of the Chinese nation, but also the history of the development of Xinjiang. How to protect Xinjiangs intangible cultural heritage is not only an inevitable requirement for dialogue between nations and the world, but also a requirement of Xinjiangs ethnic cultural genes and even the Chinese nations cultural genes. However, with the rise of the protection of intangible cultural heritage, many theoretical problems have gradually emerged. This is also an urgent problem to be solved in the protection of intangible cultural heritage in China. Based on this background, this thesis introduces the concept, the Kazakh intangible cultural heritage features, and then analyzes the correlation of Xinjiang intangible cultural heritage and intellectual property rights, and then to the Changji area opened up wedding as an example of the analysis, at the same time the wedding in Changji details and present situation of intangible cultural heritage protection of understanding finally, and puts forward some countermeasures for the inheritance and protection of Changji area of the wedding so as to promote the protection of intangible cultural heritage in Xinjiang.
