毕 业 设 计（论 文） 我国“就近入学”教育政策的现状分析与经验启示 学 院： 公共管理学院 专 业： 思想政治教育专业（师范） 姓 名： 学 号： 指导教师： 摘要 教育平等是教育界关注的焦点，而教育政策的均衡则是维护教育平等的关键。目前，我国义务教育阶段教育政策均衡实践虽然已有不少相关政策的出台，各地方也均有不少积极的实践尝试，但各政策实施效果良莠不齐，“就近入学”政策就是其中之一。因此，教育均衡的发展和相关政策的实施仍迫切需要系统的、成熟的理论做支撑，急需从各个层面进行研究，探寻方法。本文以“就近入学”政策作为切入点，展示其所取得的成果，并分析导致其不能达到预期效果的障碍和形成原因，以小见大，继而透视我国在义务教育政策均衡化事业过程中所面临的困难。通过文献研究法、调查研究法和比较研究法，从制度内容、执行监督、宣传教育等方面提出可行性对策，以供研究者参考。希望通过本文的研究，能为推动我国义务教育的健康、快速发展提供一些有益的借鉴。 关键词：义务教育；公共政策；均衡；障碍；对策 Abstract Equality in education is the focus of attention in the field of education，and Educational policy equilibrium is the key to the maintenance of equality in education. The Current，although，balanced practice of Chinas education policy of the compulsory education stage has been a lot of related policies，and，all places have a lot of positive practice to try，the results of the implementation of the policy is mixed. Therefore，The balanced development of education is still need a system, mature theory support urgently，need to explore methods from all levels. This article through the vicinity policy study, showing the results of its, and analysis of the obstacles and it cannot achieve the desired results and why. See from, balanced policy of compulsory education in China in perspective of problems need to be addressed in the process, from the system content, perform feasibility aspects such as supervision, education and publicity strategy, for reference. Hope through this article to promote the healthy and rapid development of compulsory education in China provides some useful lessons.
