REVISIONS Revisão caderno de encargos Standard book revision Data: 27/05/2004 número: 01 Date: 23/12/2005 number: 02 INTRODUCTION TO THE STANDARD BOOK FOR INJECTION MOULDS 1- The critical analysis will be performed by the supplier with suggestions from ARTEB engineering, but with total responsibility of the supplier based in the product drawing with RR (repeatibility and reprodutibility) Obs.: ARTEB engineering can be asked to offer any kind of consulting during the mould construction (eg.: kind of steel, material input, extraction, etc.) however the supplier is responsible for the mould performance and process. 2- The supplier must include in the final project, the drawing of the hot chamber with its map respecting the pattern mentioned in the standard book which has been delivered with the pre project for quotation. 3- The mould only will be released for the 1st try out at ARTEB, after the visit of ARTEB engineering, which will verify: refrigeration test in process temperature; cavity finishing aspect (as product drawing); mould identification plate as ARTEB standard, plate with refrigeration map as ARTEB standard, plate with hot chamber map as ARTEB standard, connections of the refrigeration system as ARTEB standard, connections of the hydraulic male system as ARTEB standards, electrical installation (hot chamber, heating system by resistance, end of course micro) as ARTEB standard; tappings and micros fixation; dimensions manifold or refrigeration couplings Staubli as ARTEB standards, mould fundamental dimensions as book, centering ring dimensions, as ARTEB standards, groove or fixation flap dimensions as ARTEB standards, type of
