光纤光栅车辆超载检测系统设计摘要
近些年来,我国的经济在以十分迅速的态势在发展,道路运输业得到了迅速的发展,并成为主要的运输方式。在快速发展的同时,由于公路管理机制不够健全,车辆的超载超限问题十分普遍,车辆超限超载运行使得我们国家的公路受到严重的损坏。除此之外,对交通安全和环境保护也有很大的影响。如果想要从源头上治理车辆超载超限的问题,就对使用的称重传感器提出了更高的要求。光纤光栅具有很多的优点,它由于传感灵敏度好、能够适应各种恶劣的工作环境、工作性能稳定而倍受人们的青睐。本文基于光纤光栅对外界应力的测量。具体所做的研究内容如下:
首先对光纤光栅的理论模型进行了分析,在这个基础上,对其传感特性进行了分析。其次设计了一种结构为悬臂梁式的称重传感器,并在此基础上,对结构的受力情况进行了详细的分析,最后,通过建立实验模型,验证系统的可实现性。

Abstract
In recent years, Chinas economy has been developing in a very rapid situation, and the road transport industry has developed rapidly and has become the main mode of transportation. At the same time of rapid development, due to the imperfect road management mechanism, the problem of overload and overrun of vehicles is very common. The overload and overload operation of vehicles has caused serious damage to our countrys highways. In addition, it has a great impact on traffic safety and environmental protection. If you want to manage the problem of overloading the vehicle from the source, it puts higher requirements on the load cell used. Fiber grating has many advantages, and it is favored by people because of its good sensing sensitivity, ability to adapt to various harsh working environments, and stable working performance. This paper is based on the measurement of external stress by fiber grating. The specific research content is as follows:Firstly, the theoretical model of fiber Bragg grating is analyzed. On this basis, its sensing characteristics are analyzed. Secondly, a load cell with a cantilever beam structure is designed. Based on this, the structural stress is analyzed in detail. Finally, the experimental model is established to verify the achievability of the system.
