天津工业大学 毕业设计（论文） 题目： 手腕康复系统设计 姓 名 学 院 机械工程学院 专 业 机械设计制造及自动化 指导教师 职 称 教授 2015年 5月8日 摘 要 机器人作为机械专业的重要组成部分， 在推动国家经济发展等方面起着重要作用。随着脑中风和意外人群的增多， 康复机器人的需求量越来越显著。 康复机器人需求量的增多对康复机械设计及制造提出了更高的要求。 为了及时恢复中风及事物意外受伤人群恢复手腕及手部机能， 设计一款康复机械——手腕康复系统设计，本次设计的题目是手腕康复系统设计， 主要研究腕部俯仰、 摆动及其传动机械机构。 该机械设计主要包括腕部的 2 个自由度设计： 手腕俯仰、手腕偏转。 手腕俯仰采用液压缸， 偏转在用舵机及其辅助的传动机构。 本论文对手腕的活动进行了认真细致的研究， 研究结果真实可靠， 对提高手部康复设计的研究提供了一种研究参考。 关键字 ：非标准自动化；康复系统；腕部康复机；机械设计 ABSTRACT The robot industry as an emerging industry of mechanical major, plays an important role in the development of national economy.With the increase of stroke and unexpected crowd, demand more and more obvious of the rehabilitation robot.The necessity and urgency of the demand put forward higher requirements on the rehabilitation of mechanical design and manufacturing.To timely recovery of stroke and things accident injured people hand and wrist function recovery, design a rehabilitation robotic wrist rehabilitation system design,The topic of this design is the main research rehabilitation system of the wrist, wrist pitch,swing and transmission mechanism. The mechanical design includes the wrist with 2 degrees of freedom: wrist pitch, wrist deflection design.Wrist pitch by hydraulic cylinder, deflection in the steering gear and its auxiliary transmission mechanism.A careful study of the activities of the wrist of, study result is true and reliable, to improve the hand rehabilitation design research provides a reference for research.
