It also portrays the importance of Property Management information system. To cate to the needs of operation, it builds the model and realizing plan of Yangang Property Management System .By the communication with Shijiazhuang Yangang Property management corp., the author analyzed the system and built the conception construction. On this basis, carried out a careful investigation, gave out the designing principles and resolution, provided its functions and Solution Architecture in database and network level. From demands analyzing, system analyzing, system designing, system realizing, running etc, it standardized the process and method, stressed the perfection and criterion of developing documents, so that the system can be finished in time. And gave a powerful support of property management mechanism, perfecting the management system and
