On the other hand, Chinas auto finance industry has a very good development prospect, and the auto era is developing rapidly. Under the situation that the auto finance service field has been opened to the outside world, it is of practical significance to study the auto finance in China and foreign countries and make comparative analysis, and learn from foreign advanced experience. This paper summarizes the research background and significance of automobile finance, the role of developing automobile finance and the related concepts and theoretical basis of automobile finance. On this basis, the development status, main body, service mode classification, system environment, characteristics and development prospect of domestic and foreign automobile financial industry are analyzed and compared.
