In such a situation, if an enterprise wants to develop better, it must attach importance to the financial analysis content of the financial management department of the enterprise, and the financial analysis is related to the sustainable development of the enterprise to a considerable extent. In this paper, the financial report of Senma Group is analyzed in full detail by means of the combination of proportional analysis, horizontal analysis and vertical analysis. Firstly, the paper introduces the current situation of Senmas enterprises and garment industry. Then, it makes a horizontal and vertical analysis of the profit statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement of Senma Group, analyses the changes of key subjects and their causes, and focuses on the analysis of the solvency of Senmas enterprises in the four years from 2014 to 2018. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions on the problems found. In order to promote the continuous improvement of the quality of business management, it is helpful to the formulation of the financial strategy of Sunma apparel.
