At present, facing the fierce market competition, all enterprises in debt financing is no longer an individual phenomenon, therefore, solvency analysis is more and more important in the position in the enterprises financial data analysis, the enterprise must to understand their economic situation, predict the future is likely to face market risks, make some correct lending schemes, to achieve corporate goal. Based on collecting all kinds of related information first, debt paying ability of the enterprise on the basis of related theory to carry on the simple introduction, and then with the analysis of the 2013 to 2018, the time interval of yili companys financial data analysis, it is concluded that the yili company low liquidity, capital utilization, poor development ability needs to improve the conclusion, and puts forward the enterprises to improve management level, select the appropriate service channels, to strengthen the management of fixed assets.
