液体培养法和固体培养法检测泌尿生殖道解脲支原体和人型支原体的价值分析 郭东月 [摘要]目的 比较分析液体培养法和固体培养法检测泌尿生殖道解脲支原体（Uu）和人型支原体（Mh）的价值。方法 选取20XX年1～9月在我院就诊并行泌尿生殖道支原体检测的854例患者标本，同时进行液体培养法和固体培养法（金标准）检测。观察并比较两种检验方法的阳性检出率和样本污染率等指标。结果 液体培养法的阳性检出率高于固体培养法（43.09% vs. 38.41%，P0.05）。液体培养法诊断Uu的灵敏度为100.00%，特异度为94.62%，阳性预测值为89.97%，阴性预测值为100.00%;液体培养法诊断Mh的灵敏度为100.00%，特异度为98.88%，阳性预测值为84.75%，阴性预测值为100.00%。液体培养法的样本污染率高于固体培养法（8.43% vs. 1.47%，P0.05）。结论 液体培养法具有较高的灵敏度，但具有一定的假阳性率和污染率，适合作为初筛的方法。 [关键词]液体培养法;固体培养法;支原體感染;阳性检出率 [中图分类号] R446.19 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2020）7（c）-0145-03 Value analysis of liquid culture and solid culture in the detection of Ureaplasma urealyticum and Mycoplasma hominis in urogenital tract GUO Dong-yue Department of Clinical Laboratory， Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Luohu District in Shenzhen City， Guangdong Province， Shenzhen 518019， China [Abstract] Objective To compare and analyze the value of liquid culture and solid culture in detecting Ureaplasma urealyticum （Uu） and Mycoplasma hominis （Mh） in urogenital tract.
