住院医师规范化培训中预防医疗纠纷教育的探讨 朱瓦力 陈艺飞 [摘要]我国住院医师规范培训的教育模式处于起步探索阶段，培训的目标是为各级医疗机构培养具有良好的职业道德、扎实的医学理论、专业知识和临床技能、且能独立承担本学科常见疾病诊治工作的临床医师。现今社会优质医疗资源不足、分布不均，医疗纠纷时有发生。既往对于医学生的教育，往往只注重专业知识及临床技能的培养，忽略了人文教育、医患沟通能力的培养。本文针对新形势下住院医师规范化培训的要求，探讨在教育中如何加强参加规范化培训的住院医师在人文教育、政策法规、医患沟通能力等方面的培养。 [关键词]住院医师规范化培训;医患沟通;人文教育;法规教育 [中图分类号] R643 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2020）7（c）-0173-04 Discussion on the education of the prevention of medical disputes in the standardized training of resident doctors ZHU Wa-li CHEN Yi-fei▲ Medical Department， the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University， Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region， Nanning 530021， China [Abstract] The education model for the standardized training of resident doctors in China is in the initial exploration stage. The goal of the training is to cultivate clinicians who have good professional ethics， solid medical theory， professional knowledge and clinical skills and can independently undertake the diagnosis and treatment of common diseases in the discipline for medical institutions at all levels. Nowadays， high-quality medical resources are insufficient and unevenly distributed， and medical disputes occur from time to time. In the past， the education of medical students often only focuses on the cultivation of professional knowledge and clinical skills， ignoring the cultivation of humanistic education and doctor-patient communication skills. According to the requirements of standardized training for resident doctors in the new situation， this article discusses how to strengthen the training of resident doctors participating in standardized training in humanities education， policies and regulations， and the doctor-patient communication skills.
