第24卷 第 1 期 2007年 1月 公 路 交 通 科 技 Journal of Highway and Transportation Research and Development Vol.24 No.1 Jan.2007 文章编号 :1002 0268(2007)01 0121 05 收稿日期 :2006 04 19 基金项目 :国家 863 计划资助项目 (2005AA516051) 作者简介 :马艳丽 (1974-),女 ,黑龙江哈尔滨人 ,讲师 ,博士研究生 ,研究方向为交通运输规划与管 理、道路交通安全 .(mayanli@hit.edu.cn) 我国未来汽车保有量情景预测研究 马艳丽 1,高月娥 2 (1.哈尔滨工业大学 交通科学与工程学院 ,黑龙江 哈尔滨 150090;2. 中国交通运输协会 , 北京 100852) 摘要 :汽车保有量的预测具有一定程度的不确定性。对 2010 、 2020 及 2030 年我国的汽车保 有量进行科学预测 ,是确定 我国公路交通长短期发展规划 ,制定环保与能源等方面相关政策的关键。在对我国经济各个 发展阶段进行情景分析的 基础上 ,考虑经济、 人口、汽车保有量增长速度以及不同地区人均 GDP 人群分布等因素 ,运用 趋势外推、弹性系数、国内 外情景类比及运输工作量计算等方法对我国未来的汽车保有量进行综合预测 ,确定到 2030 年 我国汽车保有量将达到 2.3～ 2.5 亿辆 ,是 2020 年的 1.7～ 1.9 倍左右、是 2010 年的 4.6 倍。汽车保有量的大幅度增加 势必对土地、能源资源和环 境保护带来巨大压力 ,贯彻科学发展观、节约资源、保护环境 ,走可持续发展道路将是我国未 来道路交通发展的客观要 求。 关键词 :情景分析 ;汽车保有量 ;预测 中图分类号 :U491 文献标识码 :A Forecast of Automobile Population in China MA Yan li1,GAO Y ue e2 (1.Harbin Institute of Technology,School of Science and Engineering on Communication,Heilongjiang Harbin 150090,China; 2.China Communication and Transportation Association,Beijing 100852 China) Abstract:To some extent,there are some uncertainties in forecasting automobile inventory.The scientific forecast of Chinas automobile in the years of 2010,2020,and 2030 is a key to make long term development plans of the nationshighway transportation, and the relevant policies of environmental protection and energy saving.Based on the scenario analysis of each development stage of Chinaseconomy,considering the factors of the growth speed of economy,population,and automobile inventory and the distribution of per capita GDP in different regions,using the methods of trends extrapolation,elasticity coefficient,and international scenario comparison and the calculation of transportationworkload,the paperdoes a comprehensive forecastof Chinasdevelopmentin the future. The result is that in 2030,the automobile populationwill amount to 230～ 250 million,which is 1.7～ 1.9 times that of 2020,and 4.6 timesthat
