本科论文 摘 要 近年来，我国物流业的发展十分迅速，成为当今社会发展速度最快的行业之一，现在物流行业越来越在国民经济中发挥着重要作用，成为社会经济新的支柱产业。中国经济在以令人意想不到的速度上涨，所以人民的生活水平有了非常大的提高。在人们的日常工作和生活中，对预定物品到达的及时性的要求也越来越高，一些国内外企业为了适应时代的瞬息万变也开始做起了快递行业。如今电商行业的兴起，快递行业服务因其快速、准确和及时等特点，受到普通群众的欢迎，也渐渐成为了一种大众化的服务。物流行业的快速兴起伴随而来的是物流转运中心厂区的建设也遇到了前所未有的难题，物流转运中心的选址和布局是否合理科学是影响物流转运中心未来发展的关键性因素。 本文以嘉连物流转运中心的选址与布局研究为例，运用定性和定量相结合的方法对嘉连物流转运中心进行选址和布局。在选址方面，首先分析了选址过程中应遵循的原则、选址的目的以及因影响因素，详细阐述了选址的相关影响因素，用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对收集到的数据进行整理和分析、求解；布局方面，确定使用SLP方法对嘉连物流转运中心厂区功能区进行布局，介绍布局的目的、原则、步骤等流程，然后求解出最终的最优方案；在文章的最后对本次研究工作进行总结。 关键字：嘉连物流转运中心；选址与布局 ；层次分析法；模糊综合评价；SLP Abstract In recent years, the development of logistics industry in China is very rapid, becoming one of the fastest growing industries in todays society, logistics industry is now more and more playing an important role in the national economic economy, become a new pillar industry of social economy.
