2017 届毕业设计（论文） 在校大学生创业动机探析 学生姓名： 学 号： 班 级： 业： 学 部： 指导教师： 二〇一六年十一月 摘 要 市场经济环境的飞速发展，不仅带来新就业环境的出现，更因市场结构调整 出现了就业难的尴尬局面，对于大学生群体而言，一毕业就失业的窘境近年来被 广泛关注。国家政府针对这一现状提出以创业带动就业的战略思路，积极号召以 高校教育指导为前提的大学生创业生态系统建设工作的展开。 本文结合实际，从大学生创业现状问题入手，分析创业动机与大学生创业现 状问题之间存在的显性关联，明确大学生创业动机研究的重要意义。经过分析与 调研得出结论：大学生创业动机主要分为四方面，即生存动机、积累动机、就业 动机、自我实现动机，其具体内容可进一步细化。不同类别动机作用下的大学生 创业现状的表现有所不同。在个人成就医院、个体创业能力水平高低、家庭成长 环境影响、社会环境支持以及高校创业教育情况等因素的综合影响下，大学生创 业动机的养成过程存在一定差异，而这一差异化表现则成为大学生创业现状问题 改善策略研讨的理论支撑。 关键词：大学生创业；创业动机；影响因素；现状问题；建议与对策 Abstract The rapid development of the market economy environment, not only brings the new employment environment, because of the adjustment of market structure appeared difficult employment embarrassment, for groups of college students, a graduate unemployment situation in recent years has been widely concerned. The national government put forward the strategic thinking of entrepreneurship to promote employment, and actively called for the construction of College Students entrepreneurial ecosystem based on the guidance of college education.
