And then we Confirm these three design should square up the following business case 大型组件送修环节分两种情况： The Complex assemblies’ repairing we should handle these two situation: 南航自主决定送修要求，南航出具详细的WORKSCOPE，生成RO合同随实物件送修。The repair workscope was decide by CSN, CSN issued the detail assembly workscope before the assembly was sent for repair. 按使用小时数包修，南航出简单的RO合同，实物送至修理厂家后经检查由厂家确定具体的修理要求，但组件修理的技术记录南航必须完整记录。For the FHS assemblies’ (The cost of assembly repairs per-flight hours) repair, CSN issued simple RO contract which just include assembly’s basic information requirement. And then after the repair vendor received and inspected the assembly and it’s sub assemblies, vendor issued a detail repair workscope. The all component of this repair would be restored after CSN confirm the workscope. All the repair work should be recorded into the CSN system. 组件验收环节也分两种情况： There are tow situation for repaired assembly receiving: 组件修理返回，所有修理资料以及证件齐全，有条件完整的登记和签署下级子件的修理记录。The repaired assembly was received with complete certification and repair document, the users have enough information for sign off all components’ repair. 组件修理返回时，所带的证件及资料仅为组件证件以及子件清单，其他的修理证件以及资料晚到，而往往可用组件需要先装机使用。用户要求：可对组件进行签署，使其入库，发料；另一方面用户希望子件的维修记录也能被完整记录。Some times the restored assembly was received with only the assembly’s repair certification and the accessories lists, the complete document will be late for one week or a month. But some time the assemblies should be received and issued for installation. So user request the assembly can be received and sign off as a serviceable and then be issued for.
