小班常规教育实施的现状及对策研究 摘 要 幼儿园常规教育是指幼儿在幼儿园一日生活各个环节应该遵守的行为规范和准则。幼儿期是人发展的基础阶段，是幼儿个性塑造的重要时期，是幼儿行为习惯养成的关键期。帮助幼儿认识、理解和掌握常规是十分必要的。本研究选取了实习幼儿园小班为研究对象，目的是通过实地调查运用观察法、访谈法、案例分析法和文献法对实习幼儿园的教师在常规教育中表现出来的观念；以及幼儿园常规教育过程中教育行为和教育方式的现状来分析存在问题背后的原因；最后提出幼儿园班级常规教育问题的解决策略，完善幼儿园常规教育实践。研究者发现幼儿园小班的常规大多由教师制定，幼儿参与的程度并不是很高，幼儿教师常规教育的方法主要以指令为主，体验建构很少，主要以直接命令、催促、批评的方法来对幼儿进行常规教育，常规教育的目的主要是便于班级管理，较少考虑到幼儿的个体发展。 由于各种主客观条件的限制，本研究存在一定的不足，有可进一步改进的空间。 关键词：常规；常规教育；幼儿常规教育；策略 ABSTRACT Good Kindergarten routine education refers to the behavior norms and norms that children should abide by in every link of their daily life in kindergarten. Early childhood is the basic stage of human development, the important period of shaping childrens personality, and the key period of forming childrens behavior habits. It is necessary to help young children to understand, understand and master the routine. The purpose of this study is to analyze the reasons behind the problems by using observation method, interview method, case analysis method and literature method. Finally, the paper puts forward some strategies to solve the problems and improve the practice of kindergarten routine education. The researchers found that the routine of kindergarten small class is mostly formulated by teachers, the degree of childrens participation is not very high, the method of preschool teachers routine education is mainly instruction, experience construction is very few, mainly direct command, urge, criticism method to carry out routine education for young children, the purpose of routine education is mainly to facilitate class management, less consideration of childrens individual development. Due to the limitation of various subjective and objective conditions, there are some deficiencies in this study, and there is room for further improvement.
