摘要 近年来，我国的中小企业特别是民营企业获得了迅速发展，应成 为国民经济的重要组成部分，成为我国全面实现小康目标的重要保 证，在发展经济、扩大就业、活跃市场各方面发挥着重要作用。在当 今的中国中小企业整体实力不断壮大，经营范围不断扩大，显示出了 重要的经济地位。但是由于中小企业规模相对较小、资信度低、科技 含量相对较低等条件的限制，中小企业要想在未来激烈的市场竞争中 获得长足发展，面临着很多阻碍，其中最主要的是中小企业的筹资问 题，只有解决了这个问题，中小企业才能够更好的发展。本文就是通 过对我国中小企业发展现状以及存在的问题进行了阐述，进而对其成 因进行了剖析，最后针对我国中小企业的状况进一步提出了改善中国 小企业筹资困境的相应对策。 关键词：中小企业；筹资；信用担保；筹资渠道 Abstract In recent years, China/ s small and medium-sized enterprise obtained the rapid development of private enterprises, in particular, should become an important part of national economy, become the important guarantee of fully realize the well-off soci ety in our country, i n the deveIopment of economy, expanding employment and active market plays an important role in all aspects?
