Atlas Copco 空壓機保養維護說明書 一． Maintenance(保養內容 ) Warning: Before carrying out any maintenance,repair or adjustment,stop the compressor,press emergency stop button and switch off the voltage. Close the air outlet valve and the manual condensate drain valve(s). Take precautions to avoid and accidental restart.Apply all relevant safety precautions,including those mentioned in the book. 1.Preventive maintenance schedule for the compressor 1.1Regular service operations.定(期保養 ) The local Atlas Copco Customer Centre may overrule the maintenance schedule depending on the environmental and woring conditions of the compressor. Period Running hours Operation Daily 8 檢查控制器顯示內容，並處理異常 Daily 8 開機期間檢查各排洩閥，並處理異常 Daily 檢查油位， (開機前油位應在油位視孔中間 ) 3 個月 全面清潔空壓機 (冷卻器，機身，油污，灰塵 ) 3 個月 各種可能的洩漏 3 個月 500 檢查冷卻器，清潔各處需要清掃的部位 1.2 Service kits(保養配件 ) Service kits comprise all parts needed for servcing components and offer the benefits of genuine Atlas Copco Parts while keeping the maintenance budget low. 1.3 Service agreements(保養之不同服務套餐 ) Atlas Copco Customer Centtres have a range of service aggreements to suit your needs. --An inspection Plan(巡檢服務 ) --A Preventive maintenance plan(預保服務 ) --A Total responsibility plan(全攬打包服務 ) 1.4 Service plan Each level stands for a number of service actions to carried out at the time intervals programmed in the electric regulator. 2.Motor greasing(馬達潤滑 ) 2.1 Fan motors The bearing of the fan motor(s) are greased for life. 2.2 Drive motor use the recommended grease type,the greasing quantity and interval for the motor bearings. (嚴禁不同品牌標號的潤滑油混用 ) 3.oil specifications(轉子油規格說明 ) It is strongly recommended to use following oils: Roto-Inject Fluid is a high-quality lubricant ensuring optimum lubricant for a service lift of up to 4000 running hours. HD Roto-FluidPlus is a very cost-effective oil ensuring optimun llubrication for a service lift of up to 8000 running hours.
