精品文档，助你启航，欢迎下载关注！ 精品文档，助你启航，欢迎下载关注！ 精品文档，助你启航，欢迎下载关注！ （生产管理知识）卡巴 拉汀的生产工艺设计 卡巴拉汀的生产工艺设计 摘要 本设计是以（S）-3-（1-二甲氨基）乙基苯酚、N-乙基-N-甲基氨基 甲酰氯为主要原料的年产 27 吨卡巴拉汀的工艺设计。 本文介绍了卡巴拉汀的性质和用途，展望了应用前景，本设计方案卡巴拉汀的总收率达到了 90%。 首先依据南开大学卡巴拉汀的中试研究成果，确定合成卡巴拉汀的合理工艺过程。 依据工艺设计的程序，进行物料衡算，确定了本工艺适用的主要设备的规格型号，换热器的换热面积，精馏塔塔板数以及各管道的选型。综合上述工艺计算和设计结果，绘制出了带控制点的工艺流程图。 在考虑操作方便、便于运输、减少房屋楼层承重等因素后，确定了车间设备的布置，绘制出了工艺设备平面布置图。 为便于使该设计项目能够正确施工，还对部分管道布置进行了设计， 并绘制了管道布置图。 在考虑了各物料的危险特性和各设备操作条件的前提下，提出了必要的安全措施，以保证安全生产，对于排放的有害物质提出了后处理意向和方法，使排放达到国家标准，减轻对环境的危害。 最后进行了工程投资与效益分析，证明本设计可行，在短期内可收回投资。 关键词：卡巴拉汀工艺设计 Thetechnicalprocessdesignofrivastigmin e ABSTRACT Itwasdesignedthat27t/arivastigmineproductionlinewhichus ing3-(1-dimethylaminoethyl)phenolandN-ethyl-N-methylcarbamo ylchlorideasrawmaterials. Thisdissertationintroducedthepropertyanduseofrivastigmi ne,forecasteditsappliedforeground.Inthisdesign,theoverallyi eldofrivastigminecanupto90.00%. Firstofall,accordingtotheamplificationtestresearchresultsof NaikaiUniversity,confirmthepropertechnicalprocessofrivastig mine. Accordingtotheprocessoftechnologicaldesign,thematerialbalan cecalculationwereintroducedforeachunit,theheat-exchangearea forheatexchanger,theplatenumberofrectifyingcolumnaswellasth eselectionofthepipelines. Basedontheabovetechnologicalcalculationanddesign,theconstru ctiondocumentsoftechnologicalprocesswithcontrolpointwasdraw n. Theabridgedgeneralviewoffactorybuildingandthefacilityfloorp laneachfloorweredesignedanddrawnaftertheconsiderationsofthe handlingconvenience,transportationconvenienceandtheheightof thefloor. Inordertoconstructexactly,somepipinglayoutwasdesignedanddra wn.
