短程生鲜配送物流运营现状及模式选择探究——以深圳市龙岗区短程生鲜物流为例 【摘要】近年来，随着生活水平的进一步提高，市民对生鲜配送的需求也在与日俱增，不少电商企业将眼光从线上购物转向线下配送。通过建立前置仓，配送站点，生鲜配送的物流企业在城市的各个网点进行布网，尽可能辐射整个城市中心，使得人们普遍能在下单的一个小时内收到商品。然而现行的短程生鲜市场是繁荣的也是眼花缭乱的，对于企业而言，以正确的姿态，正确的方式进入市场是重要的战略决策。对于消费者而言，在这么多的品牌中选择最好的服务是生活中重要的决策。 本文主要采用了实例分析，矩阵图选择，比较选择的方法。对生鲜配送物流运营情况以及物流模式进行考察、探究，对比不同模式的优劣点，并结合深圳市龙岗区短程生鲜物流经营条件进行实例模拟。通过模型对短程生鲜物流企业的模式选择提出合理的建议。 【关键词】短程生鲜配送物流；比较选择法；矩阵图选择法  A probe and analysis on the operation and management of short-range of the Fresh-delivered logistics--taking short-range Fresh-delivered logistics in Longgang Shenzhen as an example [Abstract] With the rise of the life conditions of people, the need of Fresh-delivered has gained a dramatic increase,many e-commerce companies have took their focus from offline shopping to online delivery,by establishing the preset storehouse and deliver station, fresh-delivered enterprises place as many networks as possible all over the city, allowing people received their orders within an hour.but the short-range fresh deliver market is chaotic while being prosperous. To a company getting into a market with right gesture and method is an important strategic decision,and to the customers,choosing the right service is an important decision in daily routine. This article mainly using the method of case-analyse,matrix graph,comparison-decision to probe into the management and operation of the fresh-delivered industry under the resources it’s having now,and to give suggestions on how to improve the pattern of the management from the prospective of customer,practitioners and the incorporation itself.
