废旧手机逆向物流模式研究——以华为技术有限公司为例 【摘要】近年来，电子信息技术飞速发展，消费的手机数量和更换频率急剧增加，与此同时，大量的废旧手机闲置，造成巨大的资源浪费和环境安全隐患，相关回收利用问题也已成为世界各国的热点问题之一。 基于以上背景，本文主要通过使用文献研究法和案例研究法这两种方法，对我国废旧手机的现状及其回收现状进行总结研究，充分利用废旧手机的使用价值，减少废旧手机对环境的潜在危害。本文介绍了我国现有的废旧手机回收模式，并以华为技术有限公司与“爱回收”的合作作为案例，具体研究其回收模式，分析该模式存在的问题和缺陷，为华为技术有限公司在废旧手机回收模式方面提出改进建议，进而更好的促进我国废旧手机的逆向物流发展。 【关键词】废旧手机；逆向物流；回收模式 Study on Reverse Logistics Mode of Waste Mobile Phone -- Taking Huawei Technologines Co., Ltd. as an Case [Abstract] In recent years, with the rapid development of electronic information technology, the number of mobile phones consumed and the frequency of replacement have increased dramatically. At the same time, a large number of used mobile phones are idle, resulting in a huge waste of resources and hidden dangers of environmental security. Related recycling issues have become one of the hot issues in the world. Based on the above background, this paper mainly uses the literature research method and case study method to summarize and study the current situation of Chinas waste mobile phones and their recycling status, make full use of the use value of waste mobile phones, and reduce the potential harm of waste mobile phones to the environment. This paper introduces the existing recycling mode of used mobile phones in China, and takes the cooperation between Huawei Technology Co., Ltd. and love recycling as an example, specifically studies the recycling mode, analyzes the problems and defects of the mode, and puts forward suggestions for Huawei Technology Co., Ltd. to improve the recycling mode of used mobile phones, so as to better promote the development of reverse logistics of used mobile phones in China.
