浙江第三方物流发展对策及其研究.docx

内容摘要 随着浙江经济的发展，第三方物流表现出其独特的作用，第三 方物流作为企业作业管理的协作者、物流服务的整合者以及物流外 包的契约人，日趋成为现代物流主流服务模式。物流作为“四流，中 最为特殊和必不可少的一种，其过程的逐步完善还需要经历一个较 长的时期。在开展电子商务活动时，很多企业原有的物流能力在通 过网络交易而飞速增加的订单面前往往显得无能为力，利用第三方 物流已经逐渐成为企业缩减资产、节省物流费用的必然选择。笫三 方物流在我国的发展还不成熟，应用的比例较欧美等国家低得多， 而且存在很多制度、渠道、人才等方面的问题制约着它的长足发 展。 根据上述问题，本文结合浙江省面临的实际情况，针对第三方 物流的模式及特点和浙江省经济发展对第三方物流的要求，提出相 应的发展对策，通过多种手段达到促使浙江省第三方物流提高自身 竞争力，为这种高效的物流模式提供良好的发展环境。最后结合顺 丰速运有限公司在电子商务中的运用，分析了电子商务与第三方物 流的关系，提出了第三方物流在电子商务屮的优劣势。 关键词：第三方物流、电子商务、网络、信息流 ABSTRACT With the economic development of Zhejiang Province, the third party logistics demonstrate its unique role, the third party logistics business process management as a collaborator, and integrator of logistics services and logistics outsourcing contracts were increasingly becoming the mainstream of modern logistics service mode.
