The Truman Show By the author Who is Truman? ? Truman is a true man! But he has lived in an untrue world for about 10,000 days. He is the only true part of his own teleplay, everyone, including his best friend, his wife, his workmate, his manager, his neighbor, is one of the performers of the Truman show. But in order to keep the teleplay really true to the audience, his father is Trumans true father who “died” when Truman was a young kid. From the picture we could realize that Trumans world ,the Sea haven town, is definitely an untrue world. ↑ Truman felt lost when his true father, not an actor, came back to inspect him. He was unfortunately taken away by the other performer “ by coincidence” ↑ Sylvia is a kind actress in the Truman show who want to make Truman get to know about the truth, the real truth. ← The actors radio frequency change suddenly so every “passer - by” is checking their earphone . ? Trumans real father missed Truman so much that he could hardly contain himself. So he decide to play an unimportant role in the teleplay and bump into Truman.
