PAGE 20 摘 要 在公司发展过程中盈利能力是强大的基石，是评判公司在市场中能否占有一定份额的依据。在当今市场环境下，同行业之间竞争愈渐激烈。三维一体公司在市场中经营风险较大，保持盈利能力持续稳定增长较为困难，所以十分必要对三维一体公司盈利能力进行准确评估。 三维一体公司主要是为地产行业做服务，根据地产商的需求进行3D/VR看房软件的制作，属于中小微利企业，要想在软件行业站住脚跟，则必须提高企业的盈利能力。在强劲的竞争对手迅猛发展的今天，意在为三维一体公司提供提升盈利能力的相关参考意见，本文通过指标分析法对三维一体公司年报数据中的财务数据进行盈利能力分析。并选取三个方向指标进行分解分析，从而找到影响企业盈利能力的原因，最后根据分析结果，提出提升公司盈利能力的对策。 关键词：盈利能力；获利稳定性；成长性预测 ABSTRACT Profitability is a powerful cornerstone in the development of a company and a basis for judging whether a company can occupy a certain share in the market. In today's market environment, competition between the industry is becoming increasingly fierce. It is very difficult to maintain the sustainable and stable growth of profitability for a 3d integrated company due to its high business risk in the market. Therefore, it is necessary to accurately evaluate the profitability of 3d integrated company. 3D integrated company mainly provides services for the real estate industry. It makes 3D/VR house viewing software according to the needs of real estate developers. It belongs to small and medium-sized enterprises with small profits. In today's rapid development of strong competitors, it is intended to provide relevant reference opinions for improving the profitability of 3d integrated company. This paper analyzes the profitability of the financial data in the annual report of 3d integrated company through the index analysis method. Finally, according to the analysis results, the countermeasures to improve the company's profitability are put forward.
